This Privacy Policy describes how Bitpalm Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design LLC, operating as TOKIUM ("TOKIUM," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including account information (email address, password, profile details), payment information processed through our payment providers, details about Proxies you list on our marketplace, and information you provide when contacting support.

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including usage data (API calls, transaction history, platform interactions), device information (IP address, browser type, operating system), and log data (access times, pages viewed, referring URLs).

Processing of Proxy Data. TOKIUM acts as a technical intermediary (conduit). When you route API calls through our Service, we do not inspect, log, or store the request or response payloads (the "Content") passing through our proxy servers. We only process and retain metadata necessary for billing and security purposes, such as timestamps, HTTP status codes, and data volume. We do not sell, analyze, or monetize the data being proxied.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information; send technical notices, updates, and security alerts; respond to your comments and questions; monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We may share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (payment processing, hosting, analytics); when required by law or to protect our rights and safety; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; and when you direct us to share information with third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We may also retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law, including for audit, legal, and compliance purposes.

5. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of sensitive data, regular security assessments, and access controls.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access and receive a copy of your data, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing of your data, and data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

UAE Data Protection Rights. In accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, users in the United Arab Emirates are granted specific rights regarding the collection and processing of their personal data. TOKIUM is committed to upholding these standards and ensuring transparent data practices for all residents of the UAE.

7. Identity Verification and Compliance

To comply with UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and "Know Your Customer" (KYC) regulations, TOKIUM reserves the right to request official identification documents (such as a Passport or Emirates ID) from Providers and Users. This information is collected solely for verification purposes and to ensure the integrity of financial transactions on the platform.

Verification documents are securely stored and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection laws. We retain such documents only for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
